1) Expand your local host, by clicking the play icon beside it, Expand Sites, Select Default Web Site Right click Default Web Sites, select “Add Virtual Directory”

2) For Alias, enter “Scadapro” For physical path, click “…” and select the Scadapro folder

3) Click OK. You will see Scadapro folder appear below “Default Web Site. Right Click Scadapro, click explore, to see Scadapro’s Internet Server

Once you can see the Server, you will want other clients to see it

4) Select Default Web Site on the left hand side of the screen Then click Bindings on the right hand side of the screen

5) Click Add

6) For the IP Address click the down arrow and select your IP Address, Select ok

7) Your IP Address will appear in the Site Bindings box. Click Close.

8) Click “Restart” to restart the Web Site. Internet Clients will now be able to access your Scadapro Internet Server.

9) For a client to access the Scadapro Internet Server, they need to open an Internet Browser and type in the address bar http://( your IP address) /scadapro

You and your clients may be able to access the Internet Server, however if you have not told the browser which application opens which file type, then a page full of errors will appear when you try to open a file through the internet browser. To solve this problem, you will have to configure MIME Types.
