fax and email and we endeavour to resolve all problems within a 24 hour period.
We also provide Remote Support Assistance as standard with our maintenance packages. Download our Remote Support Application and when required grant Measuresoft remote access to your system to provide prompt response to your queries.
In addition, our FAQ section of the website is constantly being updated with responses to previous queries from customers that we have received before.
