leading retail centers and restaurant chains.
Situation
In a bid towards
quality driven manufacturing practices Rangeland required a machine
monitoring system for preventative maintenance.
Solution
Measuresoft, a
Microsoft Certified Partner, proposed and installed a solution based on
Measuresoft’s ScadaPro product running on single Microsoft Windows NTTM
PC and client PCs running Windows 98.

Rangeland Meats now have a
machine monitoring system which:

Captures data at high speed
to monitor the alignment of the forming machine plate.

Calculates
run-time of each machine.

Calculates number of stops
and duration of faults and allows the operator to enter fault codes.

Produces meaningful trend
information and reports.

A report of line stoppages
each day is generated automatically.

Provides archive of
production results for traceability purposes.

Directly exports data into
Lotus 123 so that it can be manually filtered using a tool familiar
to the user.
